Quetsch

Quetsch, or Damson plum, is the fruit of Damascus plum tree. It is a big plum which ripens in October. Its sweet and tart flesh, allows a deliciously light jam.

Tasting advice:

On a pie studded with brioche crumbs or nuts. Accompanies the meat deliciously.
